Bender Ball Un-Boxing
I ordered the Bender Ball last Friday and received it this Friday. Exactly 7 days after placing the order, it arrived at my house. The site and shipment email state that you should expect 7-10 days from the date of shipment, but I ordered it and received it in 7 days. Pretty remarkable for an “As Seen On TV” product.
You can see my un-boxing of the product in the video, below. The package comes with a pamphlet on the “Bender Method.” It shows you how to pump up the ball, the basics of using the ball, offers for more advanced DVDs, and so on. The DVD includes two sessions, one for core training and one for buns & thighs. Finally, you get the Bender Ball with straws to blow it up and plugs to keep the air in the ball.
In the video, I say that I’m going to use a compressor to fill it up, but the instructions expressly state not to use a compressor. I ended up blowing it up, myself without any trouble. The pamphlet also states not to over-inflate the ball. It says you can blow it up to between 6″-9″. I could barely get it to 8″, so I think it would be pretty hard to over-inflate without a compressor. I’ll be using it over the next couple weeks and report back with the results.
